Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Krezo.ai. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Krezo.ai ("Krezo", "we", "our", or "us") is an AI-powered marketing platform that helps businesses and individuals create advertising copy, social media captions, video scripts, and other marketing content using artificial intelligence. Our service is operated by Krezo.ai and accessible at krezoai.com and related domains.
By accessing or using Krezo.ai, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you are using Vybe on behalf of a business or organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
To use Krezo.ai you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorised access to your account. We are not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@krezoai.com. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
Krezo.ai offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at checkout. Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Current pricing is displayed on our pricing page. We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By providing payment information, you authorise us to charge your payment method for all fees associated with your subscription. All payments are in US Dollars.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the period ends.
Each subscription plan includes a monthly allowance of AI content generations as described on the pricing page. Unused generations do not roll over to the next month. Free plan users receive 3 trial generations.
You agree to use Krezo.ai only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use Krezo.ai to:
Krezo.ai uses artificial intelligence to generate marketing copy and creative content. AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your specific context. You are solely responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before publishing or using it.
You are solely responsible for any content you create, publish, or distribute using Krezo.ai. You agree to review all generated content for accuracy, compliance with applicable laws, and compliance with the advertising policies of any platform where you intend to publish it.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you own the content generated through your use of Krezo.ai. We do not claim ownership of your generated outputs. However, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use aggregated, anonymised usage data to improve our service.
You are responsible for ensuring that any advertising content created using Krezo.ai complies with all applicable advertising laws and regulations, including but not limited to FTC guidelines, ASA standards, and the advertising policies of Meta, Google, TikTok, and other platforms.
⚠️ Krezo.ai is a tool, not a legal or advertising compliance service. We strongly recommend having a qualified professional review your advertising content before publication, particularly for regulated industries (healthcare, finance, alcohol, etc.).
The Krezo.ai platform, including its design, code, mascot (Zappy), branding, and all related technology, is owned by Krezo.ai and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our platform without our express written permission.
You retain ownership of any content, data, or materials you submit to Krezo.ai (such as your brand name, briefs, and campaign information). By submitting content, you grant us a limited licence to use it solely to provide the service to you.
Your use of Krezo.ai is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using Krezo.ai, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
Krezo.ai integrates with third-party services including Anthropic (AI generation), Stripe (payments), Supabase (database and authentication), and Stability AI (image generation). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third parties' terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third-party services.
VYBE.AI IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR PURPOSE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VYBE.AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF VYBE.AI SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Krezo.ai and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or any content you create or publish using Krezo.ai.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by displaying a notice in the app at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of Krezo.ai after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
